recovery

I have been treating  my metatarsal stress fracture with a couple of days rest, elevation and ice. I was able to get back to the gym today and walked two miles on the indoor track with no pain. I plan to gradually add to my mileage. Hopefully I can become smarter about knowing when to quit for the day. While sitting around with my feet up I'm reading a book, Amelia Earhart Beyond the Grave, a good read. And binge watching Game of Thrones.
