fruit


 I eat only fruit in the morning, oranges, bananas, cherries or any fresh fruit that's in season. Someone told me (or maybe I read it in a magazine) that prunes are especially good for you. Because they are a dark fruit they have a lot of antioxidants, potassium and fiber in them. So lately I have started each morning with a serving (five or six) of prunes. And maybe this is TMI but I always eat them "Rainman" style, straight out of the can with a toothpick!
